Yes, You read it right ! Unconfirmed sources say that after the much awaited A L Vijay flick 'Thalaivaa' and Nesan directorial 'Jilla', Ilayathalapathy joins with Director Siddique for 'Vettaiyadu Mannan'. Its not official as of now. This project is reported to be produced by Aascar Films Venu Ravichandran. If this is true, it will be for the third time Vijay will be joining with Siddique after the Hits Friends and Kaavalan. Kaavalan was an important turning point in Vijay's career as it brought him back from few failures and brought a new dimesion to his acting. The new Kollywood sensation Samantha is reported to be the lead lady opposite Vijay. The films includes an ensemble star cast in which, Santhanam plays as Vijay's childhood friend, Nassar as his father, Aparna Nair as his sister and Ashish Vidhyarthi as the Antagonist. Yuvan Shankar Raja will be working with Vijay for the second time after Puthiyageethai. The Director roped in S.Thaman to do the re-recording (BGM) and also one track which will be the title track. Chances are there for it to be a rumor because ARMurugadoss-Vijay project is already confirmed by Music Director Anirudh Ravichandar after Jilla. Let's wait for the official confirmation from the production side.
